Description: I'm starting a new t-shirt store and I'm looking to launch some new designs for the summer.

I am willing to pay $100 per design, send a bunch of shirts (Screenprinted on American Apparel), and pay 10% of all the profits.

I understand that the pay up front is probably less than you're used to getting, but the project should be a lot of fun, and in the end you could end up earning more than you would've if you were paid more upfront.
