Description: I need some artwork done. The file will be used to create a silk screen to have t-shirts printed. I'm not sure what type of file you'll need to create, but I think it's Vector so the silk screen guys can adjust it accordingly.
Check out the file I attached. The first page is a picture I found on the internet that would be the template to use. The second page is a sketch of what we're looking for, using the elephant and donkey heads [without their helmets and the stars] have them doing "cheers" with cups of beer. The cups would be the standard red plastic solo cups. The animals should remain red and blue. Don't worry about the words "Decision 2008".

I specialize in original vector illustrations, and have previously completed a design very similar to what I believe you are looking for (a bear playing beer-pong with red plastic cups for a local sports bar, however, at there request it is not currently a part of my porfolio). I work with the client and make revisions as requested until satisfaction is achieved while still completing the project quickly.

definitely, in order to screen print you'll need a vector file with each colour on a separate layer. I do these project all the time and my style also matches the design you have on your pdf:) Check out my website www.dlightgraphics.com for samples
